Board Composition and Balance
The names of the directors of the Company in office as at the date of this report are set out in the Directors' Report.
The Board has reviewed its composition and is satisfied that such composition is appropriate. The Board will constantly examine its size with a view to determining its impact upon its effectiveness (CCG 2005, Guideline 2.3)
As at the date of this report, the Board comprises eleven suitably qualified members (CCG 2005, Guidelines 2.4 and 4.6):
